The design fee will ranges between $1500-$4000 and will generally cost between $10,000-$60,000 to install. During installation, we will coordinate and work closely with contractors and gardners on your team as well as procuring and placing of the planting material. Garden Designs do not include plans for hardscape like pathways, steps or retaining walls. For these services, you will love our Full Service Design.
Full Service Design.

They range from roughly $4,000-$15,000 for a small to midsize residential property covering both front and backyards. The plan will consider hardscapes like steps, pathways, pergolas, parking areas, and retaining walls as well as planting beds, fencing, small water features, and any removals. We will provide drawings and information on the recommended furnishing, features, planting, and hardscape material. These designs typically cost between $30,000-$200,000 to install. During installation, we will coordinate and work closely with other design professionals and contractors on your team as well as procuring and placing the planting material.
Luxury Property Design.
Is white glove service and elegant design what you and your extraordinary property desire? Are you looking to create a breathtaking oasis? The Luxury Property is the level of service you deserve. Your plan will consider hardscapes like steps, pathways, parking areas, and retaining walls as well as planting beds, fencing, pool design, sporting areas, water features, and any removals. We will provide drawings, 3-D models, and information on the recommended furnishings, features, planting, and hardscape material. The Design fee for larger properties and projects that require extensive planning and building approval begins at $10,000 and up. The cost to install one of these designs can range from $300,000 and up. During installation, we will coordinate and work closely with other design professionals and contractors on your team as well as procuring and placing of the planting material.
